Image not displayed besides the on YouTube News Element Title/Heading

Hi

I am using YouTube News Element for my Wordpress blog and has added this code to my website:

But I am unable to see an image that should be displayed besides the heading of the frame.

Can anyone help me resolving this issue?

Note: Kindly find the attached image added to get a clear idea about the issue.
