An API key is no longer required, but you MUST still provide a valid
HTTP referrer header. If you don't have a website at all, this means
that you will need to set up at least some sort of free site. I would
recommend pointing the referrer to a page that contains at least some
sort of basic information about your application and how to contact
you in case Google has a problem with your stuff.
