Is there any paid service from Google to allow the use of automated queries?

We are building a database for two big pharmaceutical companies and we
have a lot of data to clean. One of our cases is that we have a list
of doctor affiliations but the provided names are bad, abbreviated,
etc. In this specific case we need to do 2 things: clean the hospital
name and get the hospital's URL (site). Google works very well by
bringing in most of the cases the correct hospital and URL. The
problem is that Google restricts the number of queries per day (as far
as I know) and we would need to run this over 30K+ names (directly
from the database using special APIs designed by us). We are willing
to pay so the question is: is there any paid service from Google to
remove any limit? If yes, can someone direct me to a contact/phone/e-
mail at Google that could discuss this with us?

Well, 30k requests is not that much, especialy if it's not reccurrent
requests. I don't think you need any particular deal with google to
run your script.

Every Google TOS I have read specifically prohibits automated queries.
So you will need a special agreement. I would note, though, that I
don't know of anyone who has received such an agreement simply to do
automated queries.
