Language API doesn't work for long texts?

Hello,

I have a problem with the language API with Hebrew to English.

While it does translate short strings, I have a problem to translate a
469-char string.

I was reading about a 5,000 chars limit, so this should not be the
issue here.

An important thing to note is that there is no error.
