Thank you for contacting the Mobile Ads SDK Support team.
I'm deleting the thread from the forum as it consists of PII information.
The message Publisher data not found means that we're currently unable to locate data for this Ad Unit. If you've recently created the ad unit, please note that it may take some time before ads begin to serve.
I tested this using our sample project with your provided details:
App ID:ca-app-pub-016944xxxxx668~243xxxx03
Ad Unit ID: ca-app-pub-016/xxx154
We did not encounter the Publisher data not found error during testing.
Regarding mediation with Meta (Facebook), please ensure the following when testing:

• The Facebook app is installed on the test device.
• You are logged in with a valid Facebook account.

Refer to Meta’s documentation for further requirements. Without these conditions, it's expected that Facebook might not bid, although they could still receive bid requests.
As for Unity Ads, we were able to see ads being served correctly.Could you please check using our sample project? If you're still facing the Publisher data not found error, kindly share a sample project where the issue can be reproduced so we can investigate further.

Now I configured mediation but I received always "Publisher data not found" error.

Can you help me please?

Unfortunately, I can't attach the project to the email because Gmail recognizes it as a virus (I also removed the APK files that were generated in debug mode).

Yesterday, I uploaded the project to docs.google.com as per your instructions, but I was told it couldn't be downloaded because my antivirus detected it as a virus.

I saw that the package I attached to WeTransfer was downloaded. Were you able to download it?

I apologize for the difficulty, but I can't share this file with you. I remain at your disposal to resolve the issue.

We also noticed a 'publisher data not found' error message for the provided ad unit IDs. Upon reviewing your AdMob account, it appears that the ad unit IDs you shared are not linked to the app ID you mentioned. I tested with the correct ad unit IDs, and everything is working as expected. Could you please verify on your end and ensure that you're using the correct ad unit IDs.

  Unfortunately, I am unable to upload the project because Gmail flags it as a virus. I was able to replicate the issue simply by replacing my AdMob IDs in your base project. I ran the tests with the project that integrates the interstitial. Below, I am sharing my details:

Yes, you're right that everything works fine if you use AdMob's direct unit ads. I confirm that everything works fine this way. The problem is when I replace the direct IDs with mediation ones. In that case, I get the error "publisher data not found." What am I doing wrong?
