Tapjoy adapter initialization not ready

Hi, guys

We add Tapjoy as the bidding ad source, and we followed the instruction step by step,here is the developer guide, https://developers.google.com/admob/android/mediation/tapjoy.

However, when we use admob medition test suite to test Tapjoy ads, it shows adapter initialization status was not ready.

We tried Android Studio integration and Manual integration, it always shows adapter is not ready. You may see from the screenshoot.

Could you help us find out where we did wrong? Thanks in advance.
