I can't link my PlayStore app to adMob

Hello,

I have published an app in open testing on the Play Store, in order to link it to my adMob account. Once the app is linked, I plan to release it into production.

The issue is that adMob can't find the app in the linking section. Yet, the app exists in the PlayStore. How to solve this issue? The app is ready, I'm just holding it in open testing just because of the adMob process.

Since you mentioned that your app is in open testing, this is the reason why you're unable to find your app in your AdMob account. To be able to link your app in your AdMob account, your app must be release to the public. Then, you can follow this guide on how you can link your app.

Ok, but this is precisely the thing that bugs me. I have used React Native and a library called "react-native-google-mobile-ads" to implement the ads in my app. So, if I release the app into production, people will download it and see no ads. It doesn't make any sense to me to forbid any linking before public release.
