Ads not being shown

Hi all,

I am using google mobile ads sdk or plugin for unity.

android sdk version is: 28.0.1

jdk version:  1.8.0_20

unity version: 2018 1.6f1

google mobile ads unity plugin version: 3.13.1

the issue is that, there is not a single test ad is shown.. i am trying since two days.

i've attached the script copied from admob website which i am using in this project.

please guide where i am wrong that ads are not being displayed.

Hi Anwar,

Thanks for contacting us and sharing helpful information.

Upon checking with the code snippets you've shared to us, there's nothing out of the ordinary and it should display an Ad since you are using our sample Ad Unit Ids.

I've tested our HelloWorld sample app with Mobile Ads Unity Plugin version 3.13.1 imported and I was able to load Ads successfully.

For further investigation, could you send to us privately (using Reply privately to author option) a copy or link to your project where the issue is reproducible? In addition, could you test our HelloWorld sample app on your end and see if you will encounter the same issue?
