I have a similar problem. The message appears on 'Sites & Apps' page, in a table with app names, next to the name of app in question.

You'll get that message next to any site/apps you have that may still have some lingering traffic from old AdMob SDKs, even if you've already updated to the latest SDK. For those of you who have already been updated months ago, most of your users should have already updated by now, and therefore the effect should be minimal.
