Can't paste in the notes window in version 2 rc1 or 2

I have ride data is several places on my computer, including GC 2 and
3. With the new release versions of 2, I can no longer paste data from
one file into the Notes section. GC3 still works fine. I can type the
info into the window and save it, just not using the paste function.
Any logical reason for the change?

I am running on a Mac with OS 10.6.8.

Hi Jim,

I can't reproduce this issue on my system (10.5.8) The standard
keyboard shortcut (cmd-v) doesn't work but I'm not sure that it ever
did as we don't have a traditional "edit" menu. That said, a right
click (or ctrl-click) will bring a contextual menu up allowing you
to paste text data in the field. This method works for me both in
v3 and v2.1-RC2
