Solaris Securities is controlled by Charles Vaccaro, regardless of the
degree of separation. It is hard to evade the truth when there is
evidence of Lorrie Vaccaro having signing authority for the Broker-
Dealer 's checking account.
You can fool all of the people some of the time, and some of the
people all the time. However, you will not be able to fool the
regulators!!!
I challenge Chris Cox, Charlie Vaccaro, and Lorrie Vaccaro to contest
such suggestions. In the proceedings to come, you will be sworn under
oath. Hmmm.....
What a tangled web we weave?
Did Oliver Velez do his due diligence before he signed up with
Vaccaro? Poquito? Nah Oliver Velez plays the ethnic card but doesn't
speak MUCHO espaniol, if any. Is this another smoke and mirrors
situation? Or, did he not have time as he was removed from
Pristine.com? There is a fine line between perception and deception.
