golang support in ohcount

The ohcount fork at http://github.com/bytbox/ohcount now recognizes go
files. (The parser is essentially just a copy of the C one, since the
comment syntax is the same and ohcount doesn't care about much else.)
It's ego-feeding time!

Run on the src directory of the current mercurial repo, it yields:

$ ohcount
