Learning Go - version 0.4

Hello,

Yesterday I've tagged version 0.4 of "Learning Go". A free E-book
(pdf) that gives a (quite advanced) introduction into Go.

It is now updated to the latest Go release and especially the changes
in the 'os' and 'reflect' packages are taken into account.

In total the book consists out of 120+ pages and 30+ exercises in 8
chapters.

I'm working towards a 1.0 release, so I will not add any new chapters,
but work on refining what is there now.

it's license is a copy-left one (and I also copied bits and pieces
from the official Go docs), so do with it what you want! :-)
