POSIX IPC Message Queues

Hello all,

Before I go and re-invent the wheel, has anyone written or is the
process of writting or is aware of an available lib that interacts
with POSIX IPC Message Queues?

Appologies if this has been asked before, but I couldn't find anything
by searching the group.
