Fetching tasks from Google... doesn't seem to end

Hello

i'm using the GogTasks 5.5.0 in combination with Outlook 2010 (still trial version)

When I go to setting I see an error:
"Error retrieving version information"

When I perform a test run the "Fetching tasks from Google..." doesn't seem to end, there is no progress. I have kept this running for over an hour without results.

It functioned perfectly the first 2 days of my trial, but now I don't have any synchronisation anymore.

Can you help me?

Sounds like you have a general connection problem. It should have timed out after a couple of minutes though…

 

How is your connections tab in the settings form? Do you have any proxy setting configured? Try configuring manually if you’re behind a proxy

OK this was totally my fault, because I was behind a proxy at my company I tried both the IE and manual settings. But at the company we also have a guest network without a proxy, so I tried it on this network, but forgot to switch back to IE settings.

So no problem whatsoever, only lack of attention.
