god 0.7.8 released

is comprised almost entirely of contributed code. Keep up the good
work and continue sending me those patches via GitHub!

The gem is also now available (usually quicker) from github. Just `gem
install mojombo-god` after following the instruction at
gems.github.com and you're good to go.
