PANAJI: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Goa has urged chief minister Digambar Kamat to cancel the celebrations planned to commemorate his 10
years as minister “as six of these were in the BJP and he has no achievements of his own”. Announcing this at a press conference on Tuesday, BJP spokesperson Govind Parvatkar said that November 26, the day of the proposed celebrations, is a sad day for India because of the terror attack on Mumbai.
