She got 8 rounds with banded pull-ups.
My left knee has been hinkey ever since last Friday, so I elected to
go all upper body:
3x5 presses
3x3 push-presses
3x1 push-jerks
My loads were 50-55-60 on the presses, 65-70-75 on the push-presses,
and 80-85-90 on the push-jerk. 90 was a PR for me on that lift, and I
was still feeling pretty strong, so for the hell of it I also did a
rep each at 95 and 100. So-- I went overhead in triple digits for the
first time today!

With such a large group, I had to change up the Sh Press and DB
Squat. Guys did barbell sh press with 65 lb. Some of the guys had to
do 45 lb plate squats instead of DB squats.
