Wall Ball x 15
Deadlift x 15 (Guys use 185 lb, Gals use 115 lb)

You need to add a WB penalty...

if the wallballs are broken up you must start your count over again
(talk about motivation to not stop)...

Oh now Kate responds. I use a 15lb ball to 10.5 feet at my gym. I
don't actually think I could do 15 in a row no matter what the
penalty.

actually wasn't my idea; I saw it on CrossFit New England.... someday
I am going to make myself do it (like when I think I could actually do
15 WBs in a row period).

Had to erase the blackboard this morning, so here are yesterday's
scores. I think the Nooners all started with the deadlifts.
