9 Hang Power Snatch, 9 OHS, 9 Ring Dip...all the down to 1

Load for HPS and OHS is 40% of BW for guys, 35% for gals

I checked my weight when I got home and it was exactly what I thought
it was, so officially I went heavier than prescribed by about two and
a half pounds. Next time I'm doing it with a skinnier band on the ring
dips, and eventually I'll get it fully RXd! For today, though, Terry
and I are like the walking dead. Brutus seriously did a number on us.

me too Sally! I'm just getting out of bed right now. :( And I only
used 25 lbs
