Subject: Cpio 2.4.2 (autoconf upgrade and security bug)
Below are some patches for GNU cpio 2.4.2:
  1. Upgrade to autoconf 2.13
  2. Fix a security whole where creating an archive with -O would
     set the umask to 0 and cause the file permission to be 666.
