coff/mips.h

Does anyone know how I can get in touch with John Gilmore, the person who
wrote the symbolics section of GNU coff/mips.h header file? I'm trying to
understand the ECOFF format, and would like to ask him about some of the
fields of the symbol table structs, and ask him where he found the ECOFF
documentation necessary to write the header.

I apologize in advance if these aren't appropriate newsgroups. It is
critical that I find some additional information about ECOFF soon.
