I'm trying to build a Windows installer for FisicaLab (the new version I
will release in some hours), but I have some problems. With version
0.30.0 even when fisicalab compile fine it can't run. No error is
displayed on shell. However other apps works fine.

With 0.31.0 (without cairo) it compiles and runs fine. But there are two
problems. First the help files don't display the jpg images. So there
aren't useful. Second, if the user change the tooltip's font size at
Preferences panel, after close this panel the app is stuck.

With Cairo backend, this simply don't works after the installation. I
need switch to the default backend and then set again the Cairo backend.
However there is a new problem, the tooltips don't display text.

I will try later with 0.29.1.
