Hi all, Ulrich and I have set up a new project home for VM, which will be maintained by the "VM development team". error on multipart email in 8.1.592

I have (setq vm-mime-alternative-select-met hod '(favorite "text/html")) and when I view a multipart email I get: Inline text/html by auto-select display failed: (void-function vm-mime-display-internal-auto- select-text/html) and the raw html is displayed May get around to digging deeper but putting it here too!... more »

Dear all, Emacs 23 was released only in July 2009 and VM hasn't been maintained since November 2008. Moreover, Emacs 23 seems to be a significant revision over Emacs 22 with all character coding mechanisms changed. So, I think it will be some time before we can "certify" that VM works correctly under Emacs 23.... more »
