vm-revno.el not installed in 8.0.11

Hi Robert,

vm-revno.el is not included in the SOURCES list in lisp/Makefile.in.
As such, vm-revno.elc is not installed, and vm-version errors out.
This causes a delay on the first message composition in a freshly
running emacs.
