Hi all,

There used to be a really well done online theme editor (with color
selection, etc in real time) made by Chong Yidong (if I remember
correctly) but it seems down and I can't find any mirror.
Does anyone know any (browser based) alternatives?

Nice, but it's for color-theme, not the new builtin theme package.
Fortunately there's not much to change.

I believe Aurélien wants something for the new theming engine in Emacs
24. The above still uses the color-theme package.

Cheers,

Yep -- that's right. I sent a message to the authors.
