Using Windows XP Home

I have a desktop shortcut that starts emacs with this command line:

...\emacs-23.2\bin\runemacs.exe  -g 128x44+213+50 -cr orange -bg black
-fg white --debug-init

I wish to make the window border wider.

What is the option to set the window border width?
Are the options listed anywhere?
