Week Number in Calendar or Diary

I'm looking for a method to put the week number into the calendar
like below:

Juni 1998 Juli 1998 August 1998
Mo Di Mi Do Fr Sa So Mo Di Mi Do Fr Sa So Mo Di Mi Do Fr Sa So
823 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 827 1 2 3 4 5 831 1 2
824 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 828 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 832 3 4 5 6 7 8 9

If the above is not possible it would also be useful to create a weekly
entry in the diary.

It is easy enough to CREATE such a calendar window, but alll the code for
hoidays, diary entries, calednar conversion, etc will not work unless the
calendar window is as designed!

The diary entry is easy--if you are using the fancy diary display. Use the
function diary-iso-date in cal-iso.el.
