Imap backend does not timeout

Hello,

When checking for new mail (via IMAP), after returning from a suspend,
the underlying connection gets stuck but it is not timed out.

Cancelling the operation or restarting gnus does not help. The whole
emacs needs to be restarted.

As a workaround I have found out that killing the gnutls-cli process
spawn by gnus solves the problem.
