recent ngnus version?

Hello

I am still using ngnus 0.10 from May 2008. Now as
Ted Zlatanov pointed out to me this version is too old for
the gnus registry functions such as

gnus-registry-set-article-Important-mark

Now I looked in http://www.gnus.org/dist/
but can't find any newer ngus version.

I could download the latest CVS, but I am not very fond of
such pre release distributions.

Any help or clarification would be welcome.

I haven't seen any significant commit activity in a while now so I'm
pretty sure you can check out of CVS and expect a stable environment.
