stty -icanon and -onlcr do not work in emacs-shell

It is not a bug. It's a feature. If you want a full-featured
terminal, use M-x term RET (or M-x ansi-term RET, it groks colors).

The advantage of M-x shell RET is that you can navigate in the *shell*
buffer using the normal Emacs keys and you can do copy and paste and
the like.

I got a problem with some application running into emacs-shell. Entering
deeply into the code I realized that the stty setting "-icanon" and
"-onlcr" do not work in emacs shell
in contrast to xterm. I did not find any reference to this bug.
Any suggestions?

Thank you. I knew that in the terminal model stty works completely. I
just thought
that may be in shell I could do the same thing. Now I know what to do
with my application.
