Corrected tarballs for Emacs 23.2 and 23.3

GNU Emacs 23.2 and 23.3 were released without some grammar files from
which the parsers used in its CEDET component were generated. These
grammar files should have been included, as they constitute part of the
real source code. New versions of the tarballs, marked 23.2a and 23.3a,

Poll about proposed change in DEL (aka Backspace) and Delete

In Emacs 24, now in pretest, a change is being considered for ASCII
DEL (on most keyboards, the Backspace key) and the Delete function
key. The change affects the case of an active region that was not
dragged with the mouse. The change is that these commands would
delete the region, rather than just one character as now.... more »

The FSF hereby grants permission to distribute the old Emacs 23.2 and 23.3 releases, notwithstanding the absence therein of the real source files for the CEDET parsers (the grammar files).
