GNU Emacs 23.3 has been released, and is now available at
ftp.gnu.org/gnu/emacs/ and the GNU FTP mirrors (see
http://www.gnu.org/order/ftp.html).

Emacs 23.3 is primarily a bugfix release.  Also included are a number of
enhancements to VC and Rmail, and a new indentation library, smie.el.
