A release candidate for Emacs 24.3 is available at
ftp://alpha.gnu.org/gnu/emacs/pretest/emacs-24.3-rc1.tar.xz
If no major problems crop up, this will be released as Emacs 24.3
in about a week. Please give it as much testing as you can.
If you encounter problems building or using Emacs, please send a report
to bug-gn...@gnu.org (if possible, use M-x report-emacs-bug).
