New issue 656 by cebot...@googlemail.com: globalmenu broken on gentoo
http://code.google.com/p/gnome2-globalmenu/issues/detail?id=656

I reported this already on the Gentoo install wiki page:
http://code.google.com/p/gnome2-globalmenu/wiki/InstallOnGentoo
To ensure it doesn't get overlooked I file it here again :)

behaviour with 0.7.8: Panel appears as non functional single window instead
as a panel.
behaviour with 0.7.9 and 0.7.10: panel constantly restarts with some error
messages, they disappear too quickly to read what they say, though
behaviour with 9999: build fails

I would appreciate if these issues could be fixed, as I got rather used to
globalmenu and would like to continue using it.
