Hey Guys, any chance on getting any of these publishers to use gnip
anytime soon :D
Microsoft xbox live data (gamers status)
valve steam data would cool (I honestly don't have a gaming project in
mind here :p)
Seesmic
facebook status (user timeline updates would be cool too)
I guess if you guys open up your polling then some of these would be a
no brainer.
You'll be happy to know that we are currently working on getting
Seesmic into the list of publishers. I'm personally very excited about
this one, and the engineers at Seesmic have been great to work with.
I have to say one of the most fun aspects of this job is getting to
collaborate with engineers at other companies to make something cool!
Thanks for the suggestions. Also keep in mind that we deal in the
realm of public data, so if any of the data requires authentication to
be seen, we're not going to be able to bring it to you at this time.
Cheers and Happy Holidays to you, and everyone else on the list, for
that matter!

It just took me a few minutes of work to turn it on live on the prod server
(using notifications to trigger a poll, not yet trying to exploit the full
data, will look into that later)... and it works like a charm ! Post a video
on Seesmic and it appears near-realtime on your Storytlr page.
I keep our poller as a backup for now and will let you guys know if we
experience any issues.

Cool, been looking for this one. What actions are supported. I see update is one of them, are there any others?

Actor is the current supported rule type for this publisher, and we
are looking at adding others as we work with the Seesmic team and
people integrating the data feed.
Cheers,
