GMRS Permanent Mount Mobile Radio?

Does anyone manufacture a permanent-mount mobile GMRS radio for
installation in vehicles? While walkie-talkies are inexpensive and
reasonably effective, I'd prefer a radio for which I didn't have to
recharge the batteries. Thanks in advance.

I'm new to the world of GMRS and planning to purchase a unit and get a
licence if I can find the right equipment for my needs and they are
very specific because I ride a motorcycle. I was wondering if anyone
here has seen or owned a unit that has:
