can you stream from computer to phone ?

I've never done it and not sure I know how. I have the teamviewer app, not sure if that's the same?

Yes, you can stream from your computer to your phone. Just select 'play on phone' when browsing for files.

Unfortunately, when I try to play or browse, I still can't connect to the server (even with manual IP input and disabled firewall).

Is the computer connected to the same WiFi network as the phone?

Yes, both are connected to the same WiFi. I'm using a Nexus S running ICS, could that be a problem?
