trying to run debug version to determine connection problem.

I tried to run "ServerDebugMode.bat" but I get the following message
in the cmd prompt.

"'java' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file."


Is this an environmental variable issue? Do I need the JDK version to
run debug mode?

The gmote server does run and I can control the video. However, I
have frequent server drops when browsing the library and even
navigating video. So just wanted to use debug mode for more info.
