Hi. I recently lost 9 months worth of Bookmarks when I okayed a file
cleanup on my system, little realising it would delete my GMarks as
well. How can I prevent this in the futire? Thanks, Bri

Cleaning up your file system will not lose your GMarks bookmarks. They are still online at google.com/bookmarks and you can see them in GMarks if you reinstall the Firefox extension and are signed into the correct google account. My guess is you forgot to reinstall the extension or are not signed in to the right account
