Hello,

I used to be able to right-click on a bookmark from the sidebar, click
on "Open," and the new tab would open in the background. That doesn't
happen anymore. Clicking on "Open" will open the link in the active
window. When I click on "Open in New Tab," it opens the tab in the
foreground. How do I get new tabs to open in the background again?

Thanks,

Tiger

If you're using Firefox, you hold the Ctrl key while clicking the link it will open in the background. This has been the built in default for Firefox for a long time.

That only works with a link on the page. That doesn't work with a
link in the sidebar.

Actually if you click the link twice, the first click (with Ctrl) will open in the current tab, but the second Ctrl click opens the link in a second background tab.

For me anyways...

Craig.

It didn't work for me but I'll learn to do deal with it.

Thanks.

Just use SHIFT + Click and you'll see it opening in the background.
