Circle component is now added

Hello Team,

GMaps4JSF now implements the Circle component <m:circle/>.

Using this component, you can add a circle to your map without writing any JS code (The circles are not supported directly in the Google Maps APIs).

Here is an example of the usage of <m:circle/>:
http://mashups.s43.eatj.com/gmaps4jsf-examples/pages/mapCircles.jsf

A side note for GMaps4JSF developers: As the circle JS code is complex, the circle JS code is now seperated in a template (template.circle.script).
Please follow this approach for any further complex scripts because this will lead to easy code maintainability later, and also please tell me if you
have more enhancements.
