upload problem

I want to upload files of approximately 4to 5mb. & send them but i am
not able to apload them can anybody tell me how to do it.

Have you clicked the "Attach a file" link when you are composing the email?  If not, give that a shot.  If you have, what happens when you click it?

when i uplode files from "attach a file" it displayes it displades
failed or % uploading do not inc. even after 7hrs.
