How do I send specific emails from Gmail to other accounts

I'm trying to send 500 emails I've received over the last 2 years from
one of my accounts. I have 11,000 or so emails. I would like to send
all of them at once into another account. Is this possible?

activate pop on the account you are pulling mail from.
set up the account in 'accounts' on the receiving side to pull the
emails into your other account.
