Once a spam message is identified and discarded or deleted that spam
message should automatically never appear again. It takes up nothing
but time to delete the same spam messages every day. nobody wants
spam. its time to develop a program that automatically blocks spam
once identified and deleted so that you never see it again in your
inbox or spam folder.

Pretty much what Gmail does automatically, once it accepts
your regular "Report Spam" notification.

Suggestion is to never have that spam message appear again. Not even
in spam!. Once it has been identified as spam it automatically blocks
that spammer or from sending you any more spam messages to you account
or address. To set up a filter is fine. Except spammers work around
filters. I'm talking about completely blocking spam messages so that
they never appear again anywhere, not even in spam.

Yes but it comes back the next day. I'm talking complete blockage.
Once identified as spam it never appears again period. Not even in
your spam folder.

Spammer grow fast, although Gmail can 'recognize' some possible spam,
but GMAILdoesn't automatic block or bounce back the spam found on the
DNS Blackhole Lists. GMAIL may need to automatically REFUSE to accept
spamming from those particular domains found on the DNS Blackhole or
integrated it's server with SpamAssassin or Sieve to defeat spammers.
