to Suggest a Labs feature
Sometimes I write business email late in the night but i don´t want to
send them at that time becouse i don´t want the recipient to know when
i work.
So my workaround is to save a draft and send them later.
But it would be nice to have a posibility to define a delayed send for
email.
suggestions:
define a time to send the mail
define a time range in settings which controls send time of any email
with a posibility to send imediatly for some urgent mails.

I agree, when I am working on projects at 4 am and want to send an
email at 7 am I don't want to stay up another three hours to send when
I should be getting the little sleep I do get a night.

Write an email. Specify when you want it to be send. And click
"delayed send". Is there a reason why we can't have this?

Great examples guys. I mean the reasons for it are numerous. Sometimes
I don't want to reply to the person right away even though I have a
reply. Or I want to show how hard I'm working haha.
I know for blogger you can schedule a post.

I must concur ... a delayed send or scheduled send function is a must!
It is the only feature I miss from outlook.
I really, really don't want people to know when I'm working overnight
or on weekends.

Oh yes, it would be totally great to have it. It would bring GMail
closer to normal mail client.

i agree it would be a great idea i sometimes get into an overload of
reply because 2 or 3 people i'm sending email to are on right then and
they reply right away and i reply back and they reply again and they
reply faster than i can keep up delaying sending by a few min would
allow me to send and receive them at a more reasonable pace or if i
don't want another reply for the day i could set my reply to send
hours later or the next day
