Organize emails by Contact

I wonder if I could get support on GMail rolling out a way of grouping
mails by specific contacts, regardless of how many threaded
conversations are available for this specific contact. I've created
two mockups to better convey what I'm trying to say.

These really are just quick mockups, so I haven't taken certain things
into consideration (such as conversations that include multiple
contacts).

If you'd like something like this, please show some support and maybe
Google will do this for us :D
