Add the ability to schedule an email to be sent in the future
I have simulated this by using Google Calendar entry with a message
which sends an email to my gmail account on the given day and by
including a unique keyword, like To-Marys-email in the calendar
entry, I can set a filter in Gmail to forward to Mary any email that
To-Marys-email

I'll tack my vote onto this. I frequently want to send reminder
messages after hours to addresses other than my own. Would be great
if I could write it up and save it (like a draft) and then set a
"Scheduled Send".

This on this. I have monthly reminders that go out and the ability to
type it and just schedule it to go out monthly would be great.

Again, I would like to express my support for adding this capability.
When it's slow I tend to schedule future emails on my calendar but it
never fails that when I need to send the emails I have too much going
on at the time and either miss sending out the emails when I should,
or send them out with errors. Scheduling emails in advance would allow
me to pace myself when writing emails and actually increase my
productivity during slow periods.

I would add my support for this. I have been hoping for a long time
for the ability to schedule send from gmail. I used to use it in
Outlook all the time to send invoices or schedule email to be send
within hours that is written out of hours. This would be a fantastic
addition to gmail labs.

I use Send Later extension in Thunderbird, but I need this to gmail.
Very usefull and simple!
You write a e-mail and save as draft and add an date and time to
send.
