Create a Mail Filter that makes the mail into a task or calendar entry

I would like a filter that detects a keyword and then tries to
generate the subject as a task, and/or a calender entry. Maybe even a
"pop up" option to alert of new tasks/entries, as well as to send
template that includes the key words for ease
