Scheduling an email to be sent at a later time

It would be helpful if one could choose a time other than
"immediately" for an email to be sent.

It could be helpful if you remember that someone's birthday is coming
up in a couple of days but you know that you're likely to be very busy
and forget. This feature would allow you to set a date and time for
delivery of that very important message!

Also, perhaps you don't want someone to see just how late you were up
working on a document you want to send them, but you also don't want
to forget to send it in the morning. Scheduling a sending time would
be super helpful in that case!
